GAA is up and running in St. Mary’s. Lunchtime trainings take place on Wednesdays for 5th & 6th boys and girls with huge attendances of 60-70 children! Our new goal posts have arrived and we thank Mr. Lowry and Athlone GAA for organising this. We have had some Cumann na mBunscoil matches in the last few weeks where the boys team have played Mount Temple and the girls team have played the Gaelscoil. The results didn’t go our way but the teams worked extremely hard and we are so proud of them! Keep up the hard work! We look forward to many more matches in the coming weeks.
