Term 3 was a very busy term of physical activity for all classes in St.Mary’s. 4th and 5th Classes enjoyed Cricket coaching, 3rd Classes attended a Tag Rugby blitz, Infant classes enjoyed Gaelic football, 1st Classes started Hurling and Dan the skipping Man gave skipping lessons and a skipping exhibition to all Classes. Active Week was enjoyed by all classes and teaching staff in fabulous sunshine. This included 3 Sports Days, Walk a Mile with a Smile and the Greenway Walk Challenge. Our school understands and enjoys the benefits of physical activity.
